About Us
Our Vision & Mission
We are a pan-African women’s leadership development organization operating in Ghana since 2010, and in Rwanda since 2015.
We envisage a world in which women are normalized as leaders. We believe that EVERY woman is a leader and through our work, we help women and girls unearth their natural leadership abilities and connect to programs and resources that enhance their development as transformational leaders.

Why we exist
We nurture ambition in emerging women leaders and help them deepen their impact, especially in the fields of business and politics. As we face contemporary challenges like climate change, pandemics, and the impact of technology on the future of work etc., We help equip women with the skills to bring solutions to these challenges. Through our work across Africa, we promote intergenerational mentoring relationships, strengthen
families and communities, and a create a more just and inclusive society for all. We base our work on the fundamental conviction that the entire world stands to benefit from the creative and productive potential of empowered women.
